Sessions are two, two and a half or three hours long. There is time to deeply rest, to expand range of motion, to experience transformation and to fully integrate.

Many of the movements mirror yoga poses, so sessions are a wonderful way to extend and refine a yoga practice, to experience asanas in supportive way, to discover a fuller expression of your practice.

And, it just feels great.
